HFN2O Food and Nutrition

In this course you will be encouraged to adopt eating patterns and lifestyles that reflect Christian stewardship principles. You will explore factors that affect attitudes and decisions about food, increase your knowledge of food & nutrition, examine current issues of body image and develop an appreciation for the food traditions of other countries. This course will also help you develop confidence in the planning, preparation and service of food both in the classroom and at home.
